VENUS supports autonomous and semi-autonomous mission modes. It can follow pre-planned routes, dynamically re-task during operations, and avoid obstacles in real time. Its open architecture design supports easy integration of advanced payloads such as EO/IR cameras, radar, sonar, and firefighting modules. The system is managed through a central Operation Control Station connected via secure datalinks.
